CONCORD, CA — A man faces charges of felony first-degree burglary after being arrested by Concord police on Christmas Eve.
Brian Dodds, 44, was booked in the county jail in Martinez on Thursday pending charges of first degree burglary and carrying a controlled substance.
His bail was set a $20,000.
