One Direction Spotted at Coronado Golf Course

Members of the English-Irish boy band One Direction were spotted at the Coronado Municipal Golf Course Sunday, according to Suzette Valle's mamarazziknowsbest.com.

The band performed at Sleep Train Ampitheatre in Chula Vista Sunday as part of their "Take Me Home" 2013 Tour.

Coronado High School golf team MVP and Class of 2013 graduate Nick Spear spoke with One Direction member Niall Horan at the driving range.

"He was really nice," said Spear after the young vocalist graciously posed for a photo.

Horan was accompanied by his bodyguard, Thomas, while he was on the range (and four more in suits waited in an SUV). Thomas also acted as a caddy of sorts. According to Spear, Horan is serious about his game and commented after each of his shots.

"He was super intense on each shot, telling his bodyguard where exactly the ball was supposed to go," Spear noted.
