CUPERTINO, CA — A major Bay Area realtor has scooped up a South Bay apartment complex in the shadow Apple’s corporate digs, The Mercury News reports.
Prometheus Real Estate Group paid $52 million for the 94-unit McClellan Terrace complex.
The property located at 7918-7954 McClellan Road was built in 1971, according to the report.
