Authorities Identify Man Found Dead Behind South Bay Business
The 37-year-old appeared to be homeless, the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety said.
SUNNYVALE, CA — A man who died in Sunnyvale on Monday has been identified by the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office as 37-year-old Sean Smith. Smith's body was found behind a business in the 800 block of East Fremont Avenue at about 12:20 p.m. Public safety officials responded to the report and found the body lying near a fence.
Smith appeared to be homeless, according to the city's Department of Public Safety, which is investigating the death.
