• Emergency repairs required at Foothill-De Anza apartments (losaltosonline.com) — Emergency repairs are underway at the McClellan Terrace Apartments on McClellan Road in Cupertino after flooding and leaks caused serious water damage and potential mold issues. Foothill–De Anza’s board declared an emergency so work can start immediately without the usual bidding process, and current residents will be relocated as the complex is prepared for future student housing and accessibility upgrades through 2027.
