Another storm system is forecast to sweep through the Bay Area late Wednesday night and Thursday, according to the National Weather Service, bringing gusty southerly winds. Winds could reach 30 mph, with gusts of 45 mph in lower elevations. Gusts could reach 60 mph in locations above 2,000 feet.
