Party For Plants In Cupertino Slated For Lovely Summer Evening
The city of eco-friendly ideas is preparing a mini celebration to unveil its drought-resistant demo garden at the city's Civic Center Plaza.

CUPERTINO, CA — Sometimes it takes a little oomph or help from one's friends to have a garden that doesn't demand more time than a prospective landscaper has to give.
The city of eco-friendly ideas — Cupertino — is hosting a Demonstration Garden Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Tour Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Civic Center Plaza off Torre Avenue near the library. Dignitaries are expected.
From there, all you wannabe gardeners may learn how to create beautiful landscaped areas that may help homeowners and renters conserve water thus lowering utility bills with drought-tolerant plants that also attract pollinators.
