VIDEO: Despite Weather, Work Continues on Apple's 2nd Cupertino Campus

Progress is still being made on the oval facility, which some say resembles a spaceship.

CUPERTINO, CA -- Although wind and rain have somewhat slowed the progress, work has continued in January on Apple's second campus, commonly known as Apple Campus 2, or simply AC2.

Work on the neo-futuristic headquarters began in 2013 and is expected to be complete this year.

The site's 176 acres is planned to house up to 13,000 employees in one central four-storied circular building.
Over the months, digital content creator and aerial videographer Matthew Roberts has documented the project's progress via remote controlled drone.
