According to Concierge Auctions, the mid-century modern was commissioned by Ken Behring and designed by architect Doug Dahlin, drawing inspiration from the famous "Fallingwater" riverfront mansion designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in southwestern Pennsylvania.

The estate sits on one of the largest lots inside the exclusive Eagle Ridge enclave, situated on a private cul-de-sac with 24/7 security. Encompassing more than 4.5 acres, the main home features seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and six half-bathrooms. Other perks include two detached apartments and a 7,000-foot event space featuring a ballroom adorned with crystal chandeliers.

Concierge Auctions, a global luxury real estate marketplace, is presenting the property alongside Compass California and will accept bids from June 28 to July 18.
