📰 News we're reading
• PG&E drones to inspect Central Coast power lines ahead of winter storms (ksbw.com) — PG&E will be flying drones over Davenport and other Santa Cruz County communities in daylight over the next three weeks to inspect power lines before winter storms hit. The drones will only photograph PG&E equipment, especially in hard-to-reach areas, to spot maintenance issues or vegetation risks. Any problems found will be tagged so local crews can fix them without interrupting power.
