Former President Bill Clinton will endorse several northern California Democrats who are running in close congressional races.  Clinton is expected to take the stage on the UC Davis quad around 10:30 a.m. Clinton will endorse candidates John Garamendi (CA-03), Ami Bera (CA-07), Jerry McNerney (CA-09) and Jose Hernandez (CA-10). All of these races are considered to be competitive by both the Democratic and Republican Parties.
