DJUSD: Turn In A Copy Of Your Student(s) COVID Vaccine Card

DJUSD intends to lift the outdoor mask mandate in accordance with the latest Yolo County Public Health guidance, if DJUSD schools have a 50% or higher student vaccination rate. The District is in the process of collecting outstanding student vaccination cards in order to lift the existing mandate. Please help us by turning in a copy of your student(s) COVID vaccine record as soon as possible and no later than Thursday February 17.

If your student(s) is not yet vaccinated, you can:

• Attend the vaccine clinic on February 22 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Holmes Junior High School MPR
• Go to Myturn.ca.gov to register for the vaccine clinic and other clinics in our area
• Visit the Yolo County Public Health Vaccination page
