I won't tell you where this lunch came from -- only that it was excellent. The background of the photo is a hint, but even if you know the dining locale, you still have to guess the cost. Here's another hint: The beer is an IPA and the meat is pork.  The first person to guess within 10 cents of the total cost (of the sandwich and the drink, plus tax) will win a gift card of that same value to this restaurant. I can attest to the fact that it's a delicious prize.
