Police: Man Touched Self In Front of Girls Walking From School

The man told the 11-year-old girls, "I want to show you something," and then touched his crotch, according to police.

While walking home from school near the corner of 8th Street and Oak Avenue, two 11-year-old girls saw a man crouched next to a white van. That was around 3:24 p.m. on Monday.

The suspect then told the two young girls, “I want to show you something,” according to police, at which point he placed his hands on his crotch, according to police. The two girls ran away safely. (The man remained fully clothed and did not expose himself).

"As they were running from the area, they saw the van go northbound on Oak," Doroshov said. "They ran to a nearby house and called police."
