Rachel Maddow Refutes Rick Santorum with UC Davis Reference

How do you feel about Maddow dropping UC Davis's name as a way of debunking Santorum's claim?

During a speech in Wisconsin Monday, Rick Santorum made a claim that public universities in California don’t teach American History.

“Seven or eight of the California system of universities don’t even teach an American history course,” Santorum said. “It’s not even available to be taught … we’re trying to disconnect American people form the roots of who we are.”

On her program last night, Rachel Maddow addressed these claims. The tool she used to do so was the UC Davis course catalogue.
