Students at Merryhill Preschool Donate Hundreds of School Supplies

Students at Merryhill Preschool in Davis recently held a school supply drive for Empower Yolo, an organization which provides shelter, counseling, educational programs and more for those in need in Yolo County. Students and their families collected twenty backpacks and more than 150 school supplies, including markers, glue, scissors, notebooks and other items, to help students prepare for the new school year. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others in their community.
