The McDonald's in North Davis is Closing. What Should Replace it?

I walked by the McDonald's on Covell Boulevard yesterday and saw a man removing tile from the front entryway. 

He informed me that the restaurant will be closing on September 25. There's also a 'For Lease' sign on the window. 

This McDonald's location always seemed a bit odd to me. It's rare that you see a storefront fast food restaurant these days (except in an airport). This location was sandwiched between a popular Taqueri, route: {:controller=>"listings", :action=>"show", :id=>"taqueria-guadalajara-4"} -->
