Ben & Jerry's, which sold many different flavors of Fair Trade ice cream, closed its doors on Feb. 29, selling scoops for $2 and large scoops for $3 on their last day, according to DavisWiki.
The vacant storefront is modern, and it sits in a heavily trafficked downtown location with restaurants and retail. It will surely become even busier when Whole Foods arrives.
