Crime Log: Marijuana Bust, Grand Theft & Felony Assaults
The following incidents were reported in the Del Mar-Carmel Valley area between June 25 and July 1, according to CrimeMapping.com.
June 25: Drug/alcohol violation was reported on the 4000 block of Carmel View Road. The incident was described as sell/furnish/give/transport/etc. marijuana over 28.5 grams.
June 26: Grand theft was reported on the 12200 block of El Camino Real.
June 27: Fraud was reported on the 12300 block of Mona Lisa Street.
June 28: Vandalism was reported on the 4600 block of Serenata Place. The damage was estimated at $400 or more.
June 28: Assault was reported on the 2200 block of Jimmy Durante Boulevard. The incident was described as felony battery with serious bodily injury.
June 28: DUI was reported at 15th Street and Camino Del Mar.
June 29: Commercial burglary was reported on the 800 block of Camino Del Mar.
June 29: DUI was reported on the 13900 block of Mango Drive.
June 30: Drugs/alcohol violation was reported on the 700 block of Camino Del Mar.
July 1: Assault was reported on the 2200 block of Jimmy Durante Boulevard. The incident was described as felony threatening crime with intent to terrorize.
July 1: Vehicle break-in/theft was reported on the 2600 block of Del Mar Heights Road.
