Crime Log: Suspected Drunk Driver Gets Busted
The following incidents were reported in Del Mar-Carmel Valley between Aug. 19-26, according to CrimeMapping.com.
Aug. 20: Commercial burglary was reported on the 2200 block of Carmel Valley Road.
Aug. 22: Vehicle break-in/theft was reported on the 4800 block of Bayliss Court.
Aug. 24: Vehicle break-in/theft was reported on the 2000 block of Carmel Valley Road.
Aug. 24: Vandalism was reported on the 3700 block of Townsgate Drive. The damage was estimated to be between $1,000 and $5,000.
Aug. 25: Fraud was reported on the 4000 block of Carmel Springs Way.
Aug. 25: Fraud was reported on the 2200 block of Jimmy Durante Boulevard.
Aug. 25: Vehicle break-in/theft was reported on the 1600 block of Coast Boulevard.
Aug. 25: DUI was reported on the 3000 block of Del Mar Heights Road.
Aug. 25: Petty theft was reported on the 1500 block of Coast Boulevard.
