Mt. San Antonio College Cancels Classes After Bomb Threat
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the college's Police and Campus Safety are investigating the bomb threat.
WALNUT, CA — A bomb threat was sent to Mt. San Antonio College Tuesday afternoon, prompting officials to evacuate the campus and cancel in-person classes for the day.
The college told students and staff members to evacuate the campus just after 1:30 p.m. as a precaution.
"Calmly collect your belongings and leave for the day," the college announced on social media.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the college's Police and Campus Safety division searched the campus as part of their investigation into the threat, officials said.
While the bomb threat canceled all in-person classes for the day, the college said it would still hold its online courses.
