0320 Vehicle stop in the 300 block of Amesbury Dr resulted in the arrest of Oscar Navarro (23) of Dixon for possession of controlled substance and resisting arrest. Juan Jose De Dios-Santos (23) of Dixon was arrested for DUI, driving on a suspended license, and violation of DUI probation.
