Caltrans Warns Drivers About I-680 Closures in Solano County
Motorists should expect detours tonight as Caltrans begins to pave I-680

Caltrans officials are advising motorists to expect detours beginning tonight as crews pave along Interstate Highway 680 in Solano County.
The southbound Marshview Road on-ramp will be closed at 9 p.m. as workers pave the No. 2 lane, according to Caltrans. The paving will be between Marshview and Parish roads.

Roadwork will continue until 5 a.m. Tuesday, and will resume later that night at 9 p.m., officials said. Paving on that segment of I-680 is expected to be completed by 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Drivers are encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid the road closures. Caltrans reminds drivers that traffic fines are doubled in construction zones.
