April 16th 2017:
0114 Report of a loud party in the 900 block of Newgate Way.
0119 Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Street. Officers
contacted the driver, Richard Ervin (44) of Fairfield and discovered he had an
outstanding warrant for vandalism. He was arrested and taken to county jail.
0240 Report of a loud party in the 200 block of Alderglen Drive.
0410 Report of an attempt vehicle theft in the 600 block of Humbolt Drive. RP came out of his
house to see 2 subjects running away from his truck and getting into a black SUV that
was waiting in the street.
0440 On view of an open garage door in the 1100 block of Jacobs Place.
0635 Suspicious circumstance in the 1100 block of Woodman Way.
0650 Citizen assist by telephone.
0839 Suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of East Dorset Drive.
0854 Follow-up investigation in the 1100 block of Woodman Way.
0901 Found property at Dixon PD.
0920 Traffic stop in the area of West C Street and North 1st Street resulted in the arrest of
Robert Alexander Spicer (45), of Dixon, and Albert H. Castillo (42), of Dixon,. Spicer
was arrested for Felony Possession of a weapon as well as driving on a suspended
license. Castillo was arrested for possession of a methamphetamine pipe, but later
received a felony drug possession charge for taking narcotics into Solano County Jail.
Both subjects were booked into jail.
0925 Traffic stop in the area of North 1st Street and West F Street.
0949 Neighbor dispute in the 600 block of West F Street.
1010 Audible alarm in the 1500 block of Ferrero Drive.
1049 Illegal dumping reported in the 1700 block of Belden Drive.
1117 Follow-up in the 1000 block of Justin Way.
1238 Follow-up investigation in the 1100 block of Park Green Drive. 98-3 Cook/Rackley
1255 Audible alarm in the 700 block of Evans Road.
1310 Verbal argument in the 1500 block of Fulmor Drive resulted in a report for vandalism
and threats.
1655 Follow-up in the 1500 block of Fulmor Drive.
1748 Verbal dispute in the 1000 block of Sommer Drive. Patricia McCleese (27), of Dixon,
was arrested for domestic violence. She was transported to the Solano County Jail.
1919 Assist citizen in the 1800 block of Wilson Court.
1936 Lost property reported in the 100 block of Dorset Drive.
1952 Alarm activation in the 200 block of South 1st Street.
2023 Wireless 911 disconnect hit off the cell phone tower in the 100 block of Porter Road.
2359 Theft reported in the 1200 block of Stratford Avenue.

and were okay.

1851 Report of a subject bathing in a spa in the 1400 block of Ary Lane.
1902 Report of a family disturbance in the 800 block of North Adams Street.
1949 Report of a dog barking in the 1100 block of Park Green Drive. There were actually 5
different dogs barking at 5 different locations.
2020 Traffic stop in the area of South 1st Street and Valley Glen Drive.
2030 Report of vandalism in the 1000 block of South 1st Street. RP saw a subject walk onto her property and smash a vehicle window. Subject then walked off. An intoxicated Edgar
Ramirez (21) of Dixon was identified as the suspect and was arrested for vandalism,
public intoxication, and a probation violation. He was taken to county jail.
2038 Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Pembroke Way and Calmace Drive. Pended
for above call.
2108 Report of a subject possibly sleeping behind a shed in the 900 block of East A Street.
Pended for below call.
2115 Report of a subject trying to pass a fake 100 dollar bill in the 200 block of East Dorset
Drive. The suspect was gone prior to officer arrival.
2229 Report of a loud party in the 200 block of Ahern Lane.
2300 Loud party recall in the 200 block of Ahern Lane.
2320 Report of an intoxicated subject walking in the 900 block of Newgate Way. He was
directed back to the party he wandered away from.
2352 Alarm activation in the 1100 block of Pitt School Road.
