(P) Irina Sanford (27), Transient in San Francisco, was arrested for 11350 H&S – Possession of a Controlled Substance, 11364 H&S – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 1203.2 PC – Probation Violation and a warrant out of the US Marshall’s office. Both subjects were transported to the Solano County Jail.
