2158 Traffic enforcement at 235 East Dorset Drive resulted in the arrest of Miguel Rubio (41),
of Dixon, for Dui with Priors, DUI with a BAC of .08 or Greater with Priors, Driving on
a Suspended License and a warrant for a Failure to Appear on a 2006 DUI case. He was
transported to the Solano County Jail.
