2205 Report of vandalism and a fight in progress at Northwest Park. Jason Dingman (24) of Dixon was arrested at the scene and after a search of several yards and neighbor assistance, Daniel Kittell (24) of Dixon arrested in the 1100 blk Watson Ranch Way. Kittell booked at Solano County Jail for Vandalism, Battery and for making Threats. Dingman booked at Solano County Jail for Vandalism, and Battery charges.
