0600    Theft from a vehicle in the 1400 blk Ary Lane.  Window smash with misc items taken.

0630    Alarm call in the 1400 blk Ary Lane.

0930    Report of graffiti in the 200 blk N. Lincoln St.

1008    Vandalism to a house in the 400 blk McKenzie Drive led to the arrest of Andrew Gregory Holtom (26) of Dixon.  He was booked at the County Jail. 

1210    Theft from a vehicle in the 800 blk Woodvale Drive. RP requests xtra patrol.

1215    Report of a suspicious package in the 2600 blk Plaza Ct.  It was two bottles of hand sanitizer.

1239    Report of a suspicious BMA walking in the area of Safeway with his pants hanging lower then they should be. Subject not located.

1334    Citizen contact at the PD ref to Identity Theft.

1549    Graffiti on a sign at Gateway and Plaza.

1645    Report of a suspicious person acting strangely in the 1300 blk N. 1^st St. Subject was just having a conversation with himself.

1645    Citizen contact at the PD ref to subjects removing fence boards at night in the 300 blk S. Adams Street. On going problem and owner of the house would like extra patrol during the night. 

1650    Citizen contact at the PD ref to harassment.

1653    Citizen contact in the 900 blk Sievers Way ref to family issues.

1800    Theft report in the 1200 blk Stratford Avenue. Three BMA’s shoplifted three bottles of alcohol and fled the area in a green Honda Accord towards the freeway. Vehicle was located westbound I80 and Leisure town Road in Vacaville.  Marcus Ray Brown (23) of Oakland, James Missouri Jr. (23) of Oakland, and Lawrence Darnell Armstrong (34) of San Leandro were arrested for theft and conspiracy to commit a crime. Thirty (30) bottles of assorted alcohol was located in the Honda and the case is still being investigated to determine where they came from. Suspects were booked at Solano County Jail and the vehicle was towed.

2125    Report of fireworks in the area of Winfield Drive. 

2145    Possible fight in the 1300 blk N. Lincoln Street. 

2220    Juvenile disturbance in the 400 blk E. Mayes Street. 

2235    Report of a theft in the 1200 blk Stratford Ave. 

2325    Welfare check on a person in the 200 blk Fuller Lane. 

2335    Suspicious circumstances for a vehicle blacked out in the 300 blk N. Almond St.

0025    Structure fire in the area of West C Street and N. Almond Street was a late night cookout. 

0030    Report of a woman screaming in the area of Afton Way and Ellesmere Drive.  Unable to locate her when officers arrived.

0055    Open garage door in the 1500 blk Hannah Court.  Owner advised.

0215    Report of a loud party in the 200 blk Coleman Court.
