1130    Citizen contact in the 900 blk Pembroke Way. 

1245    Report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 blk N. First St.   A friend took owners keys and then his vehicle without permission while he was shopping at a store.  Owner initially refused to make a report and attempted to locate suspect and vehicle on his own. 

1300    911 hang up in the 1300 blk Stratford Ave.

1415    Report of an illegally parked vehicle @ Brian’s Way / West H St. 

1530    Follow up Pembroke Way / Stratford Ave.  Owner of above vehicle signed a CHP180 and was then informed his vehicle had been located in a ditch on private property by the Solano S.O. responding to a trespass call.

1555    Citizen contact at the PD.

1620    Theft report in the 200 blk E. Dorset Dr.  Alejandro Contreras(19) and Uriel Diaz(19), both of Dixon, were arrested by store security for shoplifting.  They were cited out from the Dixon Police Dept.

1700    Security check @ Dixon May Fair, 655 S. First St.  Security reporting a large party with numerous subjects wearing gang attire.

1820    Neighbor dispute in the 1300 blk West H Street.

1930    Alarm call in the 1900 blk North First Street.

1935    Alarm call in the 100 blk East A Street.

2010    Report of loud noise in the 1000 blk Revelle Drive.

2015    Report of loud noise in the 600 blk Peterson Lane.

2036    Report of loud party @ Schooner Ridge Court and Regency Parkway.

2108    Shoplifter in custody in the 200 blk East Dorset Drive, Nicole Statucki (21) of Dixon was cited and released at the PD for 488 PC (theft) after stealing alcohol.

2130    Shoplifter in custody in the 200 blk East Dorset Drive, Three teenage boys (17), (16), and (16) all of Dixon were cited and released to their parents from the PD.

2130    Verbal argument in the 600 blk South First Street, subject kicked out now in verbal argument with security.

2210    Loud noise in the 500 blk North Almond Street.

2212    Welfare check @ Manning Way and Derby Drive.

2340    Loud noise in the 1500 blk Valley Glen Drive.

0025    Report of a suspicious person in the 200 blk East Dorset Drive.

0030    Power Outage – Power out to northwest portion of city including several traffic lights at four intersections. Traffic control conducted until public works responded and erected stop signs at the intersections.

0040    Alarm calls @ numerous locations from power outage and transformer that exploded on West H Street.

0041    Traffic stop in the 2000 blk Regency Pkwy resulted in a suspended driver site to Shannon Sabados (40), her Nissan was towed.
