0033 Traffic stop, West H St./Nancy Dr. resulted in the arrest of Hector Soltero (54) of Dixon for DUI. His vehicle was towed. Soltero was cited and released from the PD.
0038 Traffic stop, 2500 block North 1st St. resulted in the arrest of Kristopher Wiggins (21) of Davis for violating his DUI probation. His vehicle was towed. Wiggins was cited and released from the PD.
0122 Traffic stop, South 1st St./Country Fair Dr. resulted in the arrest of Samantha Thyssen (36) of Dixon for DUI. Her vehicle was towed. Thyssen was booked into the County Jail.
0222 Traffic stop, West H St./North 1st St. resulted in the arrest of Daniel Ruiz (24) of Dixon for violating his DUI probation. His vehicle was towed.
0350 Suspicious persons @ Hall Park. Two male subjects seen walking near the skate park. Officers could not locate subjects.
