2355                Vehicle stop at West A St / I-80 on ramp resulted in a citation to driver Francisco Magana, 35, of Fairfield, for driving without a license.  A passenger, Abel Guzman-Guzman, 40, also of Fairfield, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and violation of probations terms.  Guzman was booked into the Solano County Jail.
