1410 In custody shoplifter at 235 East Dorset Drive. Conrad Bolds (46) of Sacramento was arrested and issued a Notice to Appear for theft.
1447 Residential burglary in the 500 block of West A Street.
1521 Residential Alarm in the area of Mariposa Dr.
1624 Family Dispute in the 200 block of South Lincoln Street. Patrick Williams (21) of Dixon was arrested, transported and booked into county Jail for possession of Heroin and a Probation Violation.
1629 Vehicle driving recklessly in the area of South Jackson at West Walnut.
1702 Violation of a Child Custody Order in the 1400 block of Ary Lane.
1710 Citizen Assist at the PD.
1904 Report of a subject hitting cars and yelling at people in the 400 block of Ellesmere Drive. Officers located a very intoxicated and high 16 year old. He was placed into protective custody after yelling for officers to kill him. He was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
1917 Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of East A Street. (Call pended for above call.)
1927 Report of a non injury traffic accident in the 300 block of South Jackson Street.
2044 Report of a court order violation in the 300 block of Fountain Way.
2048 Report of a loud party in the 1100 block of Jacobs Drive.
2208 Report of a stolen vehicle in the 1100 block of Afton Way. RP stated her 15 year old son took her car without permission. RP wanted to pursue charges against her son.
2211 Loud party recall in the 1100 block of Jacobs Drive was still unfounded.
2242 Report of loud music in the 400 block of Norton Court.
2250 RP from the earlier stolen vehicle call stated her son and the car were now back at home and she no longer wished to press charges against her 15 year old son. Vehicle was turned over to the owner.
2300 Agency assist for Dixon FD regarding a vehicle that was reportedly on fire in the 300 block of West A Street.

0024 Pedestrian stop in the area of North Lincoln and Watson Ranch. Noelle Blassingame (44), of Truckee, was found intoxicated, with limited clothing on and unable to care for her own safety. She was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Solano County Jail.
