Dixon Police Say 2nd Attempted Murder Suspect Has Turned Himself In

Dixon Police release information about shoots and sirens heard Sunday night in Dixon. Two suspects now in custody.

Dixon Police Released this about the shots and sirens heard on Sunday, Sept. 8.
 
On Sept. 8, 2013 at 10:39 p.m., Dixon Police Officers were dispatched to Newgate Way at Stratford Avenue for a report of subjects actively shooting a gun from a vehicle. There were no injuries during the incident.

On Sept. 9, at 12:18 a.m., Jorge Navarro-Leon was arrested in Dixon for 664/187 PC Attempt Murder, 246 PC Discharge Firearm at Inhabited Building, 182 PC Conspiracy, and 422 PC Threats.

On Sept. 11, Daniel Lopez turned himself in to a local law enforcement agency for an outstanding felony arrest warrant stemming from this case. The charges listed on the warrant were 664/187 PC Attempt Murder and 246 PC Discharge Firearm at Inhabited Building.
