The brunch last week consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes, bacon, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, a fruit bowl and coffee and juice. The weekly menus for the, "all you can eat buffet" are subject to change based on availability of products.
According to Legion Service Officer and kitchen commander, Norm Shontz, "This inexpensive public brunch was started as easy way for the general public to help raise funds for local veteran's programs. The brunch, coupled with the Friday Night Live entertainment, will help us to raise the funds we need to keep the building open as much as possible."

Shontz, who runs the Legion Kitchen on Friday nights too, added, "This is a pleasant, easy, and affordable way of helping out and feeding you family a full course brunch at the same price of a fast food meal."
