Dixon Shows Some Support for Measure L
Poll results indicate that Dixonites show support for county-wide sales tax increase.
Not a lot of people have taken our poll (attached to this story). In fact, only 16 people have weighed in.
However, of those 16 individuals, 11 users or 68 percent of the votes are in favor of a . The funding derived from the sales tax increase is said to fund local libraries, including the Dixon Public Library, for the next 16 years.
The initiative requires a majority two-thirds vote to pass. Voters will have a chance to decide on this measure tomorrow.
