Enterprise: Dixon Father and Daughter's Fate in Hands of Yolo Jury

A Yolo County jury is deliberating the fate of a Dixon father and daughter accused of a hit-and-run accident that injured two Davis men

The Davis Enterprise reports that a Yolo County jury is deliberating the fate of a Dixon father and his daughter who are accused of a hit-and-run accident and a subsequent cover-up that injured two Davis men.

The accident happened on Russell Boulevard, west of Davis, on Aug. 27, 2007. Noelle Warren, 27, is charged with hitting Davis residents Jonathan Pinkerman and Kyle Daubert from behind as the men rode their bicycles according to the Enterprise's story. Her father, Lorin Warren, 52, is accused of attempting to cover up the crime.

Noelle Warren allegedly fled the scene of the accident, leaving the two men with injuries. Her father, Lorin, is accused of being an accessory to a felony by attempting to cover up the damage on his daughter's vehicle in order to avoid her arrest.Β

The Yolo jury -- comrprised of six-men and six-women -- began deliberating Friday morning the Enterprise's story said.
