Funeral Funds Set Up For Gaona, Silva

Two funeral funds have been set up to assist the families of Delfino Gaona, 19, and Alejandro Silva, 17, of Dixon, who were killed in a tragic auto accident Saturday.

Both families have been having a rough time as they attempt to come to terms with the deaths and arrange funeral for the boys. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident. The boys were killed during a traffic accident along Highway 99 in Sutter County that also left the driver of the vehicle, 18-year-old Justin Andrews with serious injuries.

A hospital spokeswoman listed Andrews in serious condition as of Tuesday afternoon.
