Vacaville police arrested a man Sunday after he was allegedly found with property stolen from the North Face store in the Premium Outlets.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- Vacaville police arrested an Oakland man Sunday after he was allegedly found with property stolen from the North Face store in the Vacaville Premium Outlets.
An officer saw a vehicle with a regular front license plate and a paper plate on the back around 4:30 p.m. on May 20, police said. The driver, identified as Reginald Gardner, 29, of Oakland, fled the officer's attempted traffic stop and drove recklessly on westbound Interstate Highway 80, police said.
Gardner continued driving recklessly on the shoulder of the highway to avoid the California Highway Patrol and took the Alamo Drive exit, police said. He drove in excess of 80 mph through red lights and stop signs on northbound Alamo Drive until he came to a dead end where he tried to turn around, police said.
