Living Hope Church's BIG GIVE Event Aims to Equip Underpriveleged Students with School Supplies

These are tough economic times for many families in Dixon, but parents struggling to get their kids equipped for school this year need look no further than .

On Sunday, July 31, the gym at will be transformed for Living Hope’s 4^th Annual BIG GIVE event. From 2 p.m., to 4 p.m., Living Hope will be giving away FREE backpacks and school supplies.

As always, the event will feature lots of fun for the family—kids’ crafts, face painting, bounce houses, food and great door prizes—all for free.

There will also be free haircuts on-site, and — new this year — free TDAP immunizations for children 8 and older (now required for all students entering 7^th-12^th grade), as well as free spinal/scoliosis checks.

As always, everything is completely free to all students entering K-12, but students must be present with their parent to get in the door. Quantities are limited on all giveaways—first come, first served.
