Reporter: Sacramento Man Loses Life in Dixon Crash

The Vacaville Reporter is reporting that a Sacramento man lost his life Sunday in a crash that took place south of Dixon.

Police said Filemon C. Godinez, age 19, was killed when the 2001 Hyundai sedan he was driving was broadsided when Godinez failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection of Batavia and Midway roads according to the Reporter.

Emergency crews arrived on the scene around 6 p.m., Sunday but were unable to save Godinez' life. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Click here to view the Reporter's story.
