Police announce the arrest of Erica Rose Kucinskas, 30, a transient, in Yolo County by Deputies from the Yolo County Sheriff’s Department.
Kucinskas was turned over to the Dixon Police Dept, and then booked at the Solano County Jail on charges of attempted homicide, and assault with a deadly weapon, based on the incident that occurred on February 24.
