Bollywood Dance Showcase Coming To Dublin High

The show is the first of its kind for the high school and features students from the Tri-Valley and Bay Area.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin High School's first Indian Bollywood dance showcase is Thursday.

'Jalwa 2022', presented by DHS’ dance club Naach, features Indian dance teams of students from Tri-Valley and Bay Area high schools.

“DHS Naach believes that anyone can dance and display their energy and flair, and this showcase exemplifies that belief. This celebration of Bollywood dance allows DHS Naach and their peers to share their Indian culture proudly with the Dublin community and beyond,” the school district said.

Tickets are $12 and can be purchased through March 23 here.

Students from Dublin, Foothill, Dougherty, Amador, Saint Francis, Presentation, Milpitas, Saratoga, and Irvington High Schools will be in the showcase.

The show is from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at DHS Performing Arts Center, located at 8151 Village Parkway in Dublin.
