Delah Coffee Opens Dublin Location

DUBLIN, CA — Delah Coffee, a coffee franchise with locations around the Bay, opened a Dublin location at 6994 Amador Plaza Road. The store launched a soft opening on Friday at 10 a.m.

The Yemeni coffeehouse specializes in sustainably-sourced, hand-picked, micro-roasted beans. "We believe that every aspect of our coffee-making process, from the sourcing of our beans to the roasting and preparation of our coffee, is a matter of heart, body, and soul," Delah said on its website. "We understand that great coffee isn’t just about the taste – it’s about the entire experience, from the moment the beans are picked to the moment you take your first sip."

They offer a rich and varied coffee menu, including specialties like house black with cardamom, light roast ginger and cardamom, and chilled ice qishr, a traditional Yemeni drink made from coffee husks, ginger, and sometimes cinnamon.

They also offer an espresso menu with lattes, cappuccinos, and Yemeni frappes and cappuccinos.

In addition to coffee, they offer a full tea menu, chilled drinks like hibiscus and strawberry açaí, and a full pastry menu that includes baklava, cheesecake, a croissant, rose milk cake, and more.
