Dublin Holiday Home Decorating Contest 2021: How To Enter Or Visit Winners
Whether you're a decor wiz or looking for neighborhoods to visit with the kids, here's what you should know about the contest.
DUBLIN, CA — Calling all holiday light fanatics: There's still a brief window of time to register for the City of Dublin's annual Deck the Homes decorating contest.
Registration is open through Friday and this year's contestants will be judged for best lights (Seen from Space award), best lawn display (Winter Wonderland award), best holiday theme (Holiday Classic award), best neighborhood (Gingerbread House award), and best apartment, condo or townhome (Deck the Halls award), the city said.
The city will make available a map of all home entries in early December so you can caravan to visit the contenders with your family.

Competitiors will vie for a yard sign and $50 gift card to a Dublin business. Grand prize winners will receive a $100 gift card, yard sign and recognition before the city council.
Judging will take place Dec. 13 through 17 and winners will be announced Dec. 20.
