• Palo Alto's teacher housing project accepting applications (paloaltoonline.com) — Teachers and staff at East Palo Alto Academy and other Ravenswood-area schools can now apply for below-market apartments at The Acacia, a new 110-unit educator housing complex in Palo Alto. The project reserves 32 units for San Mateo County teachers, including those serving East Palo Alto students, with income-based rents and family-friendly amenities like courtyards, playgrounds, and on-site parking.
