15-Year-Old Identified As Victim of Fatal Shooting
The young male shot multiple times in the torso has been identified.

RICHMOND, CA- The victim of a fatal shooting Thursday evening in Richmond was identified today by police as 15-year-old William Malik Barnes.
No further updates were immediately available on the shooting, which officers responded to around 6 p.m. after a ShotSpotter system detected gunfire around the 100 block of West Macdonald Avenue.
Responding officers found Barnes with multiple gunshots to the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The suspect remains at large, according to police, and detectives are investigating the homicide.
