Recent corrections and clarifications in El Cerrito Patch.

We're committed to accuracy, to acknowledging our mistakes, and to fixing them as quickly as possible. In stories where errors have been fixed, we note the correction in italics at the top or bottom of the story.

Correction: A March 19, 2012 article, "El Cerrito Turkeys on Tour; Franklin on Favorite Fowl," incorrectly said three of the attached photos of wild turkeys by Emilie Raguso were taken on Ganges Avenue. They were taken nearby on Navellier Street. It has been corrected.

Correction: A March 18, 2012 article, "," incorrectly said that Pinole is in the new 11th Congressional District. It's in the new 5th District. It has been corrected.

Corrections: A March 1, 2012 article, "," misspelled the first name of co-owner Marc LaJoie. It also erroneously described the make-your-own falafel night. It also erroneously quoted co-owner Trish McDermott as saying that the next-door acupuncturist "does acupuncture for the kids" on band nights in summer. McDermott said he shows flims for kids on those nights. The article has been corrected.

Correction: A Feb. 25, 2012 article, "," incorrectly rendered Drew Gooden's last name. It has been corrected.

Correction: In a Feb. 22, 2012 article, "," the second mention of the last name of attorney Karen Tiedemann incorrectly added an "r" to it. It has been corrected.
