In the wake of community alarm over numerous home burglaries and other recent crimes in the city, El Cerrito police have called a to discuss recent crime trends and provide safety tips.
The meeting will be held Monday, March 5, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at . There will also be a question-and-answer session during the meeting, police said in a notice issued Monday.
The notice described it as "part of an ongoing series of neighborhood meetings hosted by ECPD. Everyone is welcome to attend." (A copy of the notice is attached.)
