Suspects were identified as Raymond Smith, 21, Damon Crawford, 24, Jyvante West, 22, and Kevin Chatman, 24.

RICHMOND- Four alleged gang members were arrested in Richmond’s Iron Triangle neighborhood on Monday on suspicion of firearm offenses and violations of probation and parole, according to police.
Richmond police officers spotted the four men driving at a high rate of speed Monday in a vehicle that has an alleged connection to some of the city’s recent gun violence activities, police said.
The officers attempted to stop the car but the suspects continued driving. The vehicle was chased to a Kaiser Hospital at 901 Nevin Ave., where two of four occupants tried to flee on foot, police said.

Police said a loaded .40-caliber semi-automatic pistol was later found on one of the suspects that fled and another loaded semi-automatic pistol was discovered inside the car.
