RICHMOND, CA- A 21-year-old was shot to death late this morning in Richmond, police said. At 11:10 a.m. dispatchers received several calls of a shooting in the 400 block of Gertrude Avenue. Responding officers found Richmond resident Joshmahl Russell with multiple gunshot wounds, according to police. Paramedics tried to save Russell's life but were unsuccessful and Russell was pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with information about the shooting is being asked to call Detective D.
